Pricing is fixed per plan rather than charged per user. Essentials includes up to 4 users, Professional includes up to 10, and Enterprise includes unlimited users.
New invoices pause until your allowance resets on your monthly anniversary, and you can upgrade at any time for a higher limit. Nothing is lost — pending imports resume automatically.
On Professional and Enterprise, Paythos checks your active and inactive chart, vendor history, and invoice details. If no suitable account exists, it proposes a new code, name, and description for Admin review. Essentials Admins manage the chart and assign codes manually.
