How is Accounts Payable automation priced?

Paythos is priced by monthly supplier invoice volume, not by individual seat. Essentials includes up to 4 users, Professional includes up to 10, and Enterprise includes unlimited users.

What happens if we exceed the monthly invoice allowance?

New invoice ingestion pauses until the allowance resets on your monthly anniversary. You can upgrade immediately for a higher limit, and pending imports resume without being lost.

How does invoice coding differ by plan?

Every plan lets Admins manage and assign nominal or GL codes. Professional and Enterprise also use accepted supplier coding history and invoice data to suggest an existing account or propose a new code for Admin review.

What does ML-assisted risk add?

Every plan applies explainable rules for known invoice and control exceptions. Professional and Enterprise can add organisation-specific late-payment predictions and expected-loss prioritisation after the model has enough labelled outcomes and passes readiness checks.

Can Auto Pilot release payments?

No. Professional and Enterprise can use Auto Pilot from observation through controlled workflow automation, including draft Payment Run preparation, but an authorised human must review and release every payment run before it settles through Modulr, our FCA-regulated GBP payments infrastructure.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and your allowance updates on the spot. Downgrades apply from your next billing month.

Where does Paythos create operational value?

Paythos reduces invoice re-keying and approval chasing, brings exceptions forward, keeps payment controls attached to the invoice, and gives finance one view of payables and outstanding actions. Results depend on invoice volume and workflow design.

Is there a long-term contract?

Essentials and Professional are monthly with no lock-in. Enterprise agreements are tailored to your procurement process.
